Please make note of the following terms and conditions and read them carefully. These user terms are a legal document and on your booking with Alexandra, you agree to be bound by these user terms.
Bridal upstyle pricing does not include a blow-dry. Your hair must be completely dry upon arrival or you will be charged the full price of a blow-dry in addition to your upstyle.
All prices are subject to change unless a final quote has been given and a deposit paid.
Booking is subject to availability. Upon booking with Alexandra, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. If you choose to reschedule your wedding day, and Alexandra is available for that day, your booking fee can be transferred to that day.
The person scheduling the appointments is responsible for all payments for the bridal party. The remaining 50% of your payment is due two weeks prior to your wedding day. (direct deposit)
Alexandra does not offer refunds for any completed services. Therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to discuss with Alexandra while she is on location. All discussions regarding refunds/discounts will be entered into on a case-by-case basis.
You are asked to kindly give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change a trial appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
There is a $75 per/hour travel fee. In the event that any motel/hotel and street parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of appointment, these will be passed on to the bride.
extra people wanting styling
If any additional people require makeup or hair styling on the day, but do not have an appointment, this is not a problem providing there is time.
To assist with future hairstyles and makeup looks and for promotional proposes, Alexandra may take photos prior, during and upon completion of any styles and looks she and her team creates. These photos may be used for public display (website, social media, business cards, etc) If you are uncomfortable with this and wish for your images not to be used, please advise Alexandra ahead of time, otherwise it is presumed that you agree for her to use your images as she sees fit.
Alexandra or any other artist working with her, are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify Alexandra if you have sensitive skin or have any known allergies. You are more than welcome to bring your own product that you are familiar with and Alexandra or one of her team members will be happy to use that.
In the extremely unlikely event that Alexandra should be unable to fulfil your booking, Alex will offer you a full refund or otherwise refer or transfer your booking to another reputable and competent artist.
